A Lifetime of Music<p value="<amp-fit-text layout="fixed-height" min-font-size="6" max-font-size="72" height="80">There are over several million songs launched into the world each year from every corner of the globe. This is quite a bit of Music right? Have you ever wondered how many songs you have listened to in your lifetime? I believe most of us would say something like…why would I even bother to know how many? Perhaps a silly question? Its an innocent question, humor me. I may be old school but what I know for sure folks is one of the most beautiful gifts an individual will ever feel and experience in this world, is the Power of Music. Its presence anchors Love, Inspiration, Peace, Hope, and Humanity. Music is something that should never be taken for granted. Childbirth is the other Miracle of course.
My Friends are Genres
If I were to guess how many songs I have listened to in my lifetime, mine would be close to a couple million songs. My friends are Genres indeed. I have held several jobs in my life, and each one given the opportunity to plug in headphones or earpiece and tune in while I worked. Pending the mood of the day, I listened to Jazz, Blues, Country, Gospel, Folk, R&B, Classical, Pop, Rock and need I mention all the subgenres like soul, metal, rap, tejano, techno, Indie, and so many more. I am truly fortunate to find many profound miracles in each and every Genre. There are so many songs, as you can imagine, that deserve more exposure (share gifts).
I created this P.L. for the purpose to be heard by any open bright minded individual (describes you the Music fan). One who probably has not had the opportunity to hear and feel some of these tunes. I get the part of many being too busy to listen in, due to the job or family activities. Just know that it is important to give your brain a chance to escape, after all it is healthy to maintain a fresh mental state of mind regardless of your background. FACT: Music is the ONLY ACTIVITY in this WORLD to USE 100% of your brain. All other activities use only a portion of your brain. Ear devices recommended always!
A Song for the Ages
These songs deserve more exposure or the opportunity to be rediscovered, but that’s a matter of opinion. The great thing about Music is discovering something new that touches you (ear worm). Something that perhaps has relevance in your life, or if you have a musicians ear, you pickup notes and keys of a certain instrument that is kind of cool and inspires. Nonetheless for what it’s worth, hope you enjoy any of these gifts…even if there is just one song that tugs your interest… then that’s the gift we all share with one another. A Song for the ages. United in Song.
